Admin Center settings

Settings allows you to review how VoicePilot is connected to Microsoft Entra ID, set tenant-wide policies, and manage who else administers the Admin Center for your organization.

🔗 Microsoft Entra ID & Azure

This card shows your connection at a glance, and everything on it is read-only:

  • Tenant - the tenant VoicePilot is connected to.
  • Single Sign-On (SAML / OIDC) - signed in through Microsoft Entra ID.
  • User provisioning (SCIM) - an automatic sync that runs every 30 minutes.
  • API audience - the audience your organization authenticates against, hosted in the EU.
  • Transcript retention - 0 days, since voice data is never stored.

These values reflect how your deployment is already wired into your tenant, so there's nothing to change here.

⚙️ Tenant Policies

Set the following, then click Save to apply them together:

  • Automatically assign licenses - new users get a license on first sign-in, as long as free seats are available.
  • Enable M365 actions - lets VoicePilot perform actions in Microsoft 365 rather than only dictating text.
  • Allowed dictation languages - tick German (de-DE), English (en-US), or both.
  • Cleanup deployment - the Azure OpenAI deployment used for text post-processing.

💡 Automatically assign licenses is the one exception: it saves the moment you toggle it. Everything else on this card waits for Save.

Once you've saved, you'll see a short confirmation. Keep in mind that signed-in VoicePilot apps pick the change up automatically within about 15 minutes, so your users don't need to do anything themselves.

Below these, an Advanced policies card previews settings that aren't wired up yet, including Command execution, Enforce global dictionary, Audit logging, Allow private dictionaries, and Send telemetry to Solutions2Share. It's marked Preview, and nothing you change there takes effect.

🛡️ Administrators

This list shows everyone who has access to the Admin Center.

  1. Click Add admin.
  2. Pick an existing member from the dialog.
  3. Click Make admin.

If every member is already an administrator, the dialog simply says so and there's nobody left to promote.

To take access away, click Remove next to a name and confirm; they'll lose access to the Admin Center, but keep their VoicePilot license. VoicePilot always keeps at least one administrator, so the Remove action disappears once you're down to the last one and you can't lock yourself out.
