Managing your subscription
Subscription allows you to manage your organization's VoicePilot plan: seats, billing, and status, all from the Admin Center.
🎛️ Your Subscription at a Glance
The hero card at the top of the page shows your plan, your contract with Solutions2Share GmbH, and your current Status, which is one of Active, Trial, Payment overdue, Paused, Canceled, or No subscription.
Alongside it you'll find how many Licenses you've bought, how many are active and how many are still free, your Next renewal date, and whether Billing runs Monthly or Yearly through Paddle or a direct Solutions2Share license.
💡 A Payment overdue or Paused status leaves your seats assigned, but you should update your payment details soon; the Admin Center shows a warning banner until you do.
✅ Starting a Subscription
If your tenant isn't licensed yet, the page invites you to Get started with VoicePilot. Choose how many licenses you want, then click Start trial · Paddle to open Paddle's secure checkout in a new tab. The terms, including the free trial, are shown right in the checkout.
Once you've completed it, VoicePilot detects the confirmation on its own and unlocks the Admin Center. If the confirmation takes a moment, you'll see a Purchase not confirmed yet notice with an I've paid, check again button rather than being left guessing.
Keep in mind that a subscription which has been canceled can't be restored. You'd click Start new subscription · Paddle to begin a fresh one, and whether a returning customer gets another trial is Paddle's call rather than ours.
🔑 Changing Your Seat Count
Use the stepper under New license count to set your total seat count, not how many you're adding or removing. The Summary beside it spells out what changes and what's Due now before you commit.
💡 Increasing your seat count bills the difference immediately, at a prorated rate; decreasing it credits your next invoice instead. You can't drop below the number of seats currently assigned to users.
For example, if you have 10 seats and want 15, enter 15, not 5; VoicePilot works out the difference for you. All amounts are shown net, and the actual tax depends on your country and gets calculated at checkout.
Once the change goes through, the new seats are available immediately under Users, and the invoice follows by email.
💳 Managing Billing
Click Open invoices & payment details in the Paddle portal to update your payment method or pull your invoices.
As Merchant of Record, Paddle is where your invoices and payment receipts live, which is why the Invoices card here stays empty and points you at that portal instead.
If you'd rather talk to a person about your contract or billing, the Contact Solutions2Share button at the bottom of the page puts you in touch with your contact directly.
