Reviewing usage Reports

Reports allow you to see how your organization is actually using VoicePilot, from adoption to the time it's saving people, over the last 7, 30, or 90 days.

Five tabs sit along the top: Overview, Usage & Adoption, Apps, Functions & Commands, and Time & Money Saved. The period selector applies to whichever one you're on.

📊 Overview​

The Overview tab shows Active users against your total license count, your organization's Total dictations with a daily average, Dictated words, and the Time saved compared to typing.

Below the tiles sits Dictations per day. It's a day-by-day chart for the period you picked.

Overview is the fastest way to check whether adoption is happening the way you'd expect, so it's the tab worth starting on.

👤 Usage & Adoption​

The Usage & Adoption tab leads with Most active users. It ranks your top five people by words dictated, with their Dictations and Words alongside.

Underneath it, Usage by Entra group is marked Preview. Reporting by group isn't wired up yet, so what you see there is example data rather than your tenant's.

💰 Time & Money Saved​

This tab converts dictation activity into a time and cost estimate. Set your organization's Average hourly rate with the slider, anywhere from €20 to €120 and defaulting to €45, and VoicePilot works out what the time saved is worth at that rate.

The calculation is spelled out under the cards, so you can follow how words become hours and then euros. Speaking is treated as roughly three times faster than typing.

Once your organization has an active subscription, a Return on Investment card appears. It's based on your real billing amount, so you can weigh the savings against what VoicePilot actually costs you. Without a subscription, the card is marked Preview and shows an illustrative figure.

🧩 Apps, Functions and Commands​

The Apps tab breaks dictations down by the app they happened in. Functions & Commands ranks your most used functions and voice commands.

Both tabs are marked Preview: they show example data rather than your tenant's, since the reporting behind them isn't connected yet.

Keep in mind that the Export button in the top right is visible but not active yet, so pull the numbers you need from the page itself for now.
